5 Steps to Joining Tiltnek

Submit Application

Send your portfolio, resume, and a short note about what you want to build at Tiltnek. We read every application personally.

Day 1-2
02

Portfolio Review

Our leads review your work for technical quality, style range, and creative problem-solving. We look for potential as much as polish.

3-5 Days
03

Creative Test Task

A small, focused task relevant to the role. Not a trick - just a chance to show us how you think and work. Paid for senior roles.

3-7 Days
04

Team Interview

A casual conversation with the lead and Art Director. No trick questions - we want to know how you think, collaborate, and grow.

05

Offer & Onboarding

If its a mutual fit, we extend an offer and get you onboarded fast. Your first week includes direct mentorship and a real project.
